Room was very clean and tidy. Due to my original room which I booked being unavailable due to something broken in the room I was offered an upgrade (yay!) yet I was not thrilled with this as I wanted a spa room. Upon expressing this to the lovely ladies at the reception desk they we happy to change my accommodation to one such room and offered the upgrade to another client. There is easy access to the underground parking and supermarket close by. The main street is only one block away so the location is fantastic.

The staff were fantastic, and the restaurant next door was just brilliant! We spent 2 days and nights wining and dining and although we tried one other coffee shop, everything we needed was right at our door! There was also a supermarket a 2 minute walk away, easy access underground parking and was the perfect getaway.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good and the restaurant next door was convenient and the prices were not too bad. would recommend staying there.

The staff were friendly, professional and well informed. The location was perfect for us, right in town, close to food venues and a short walk to the Arts Centre which was our destination.

Bed was very comfortable, bath room well designed and very safe flooring, non slip. Room a reasonable size for a king size bed. Receptionist very good and helpful.

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Organized a connecting room for our family and extra bed, blankets. The bath products smell lovely.

Very neat and clean rooms and bed was very comfortable with good selection of pillows to choose from. Great coffee in downstairs restaurant. Walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Excellent access to underground free car parking a bonus.

The best thing about my stay, which made it so memorable for me was the staff, especially the lady at the reception. She was so kind and helpful, and made me feel welcome. So clean, so tidy

The room was very spacious and beautifully fitted out with a couch, huge bed and small table and chairs. It was spotless and very comfortable.
